5. How to hold the brush
This
is a close-up of the way to hold the brush.
The brush is held straight and perpendicular to the paper,
with the fingertips set closely together at right angles with the brush.
Watch carefully what part of the handle is grasped.
In
the case of signature (a slender-writing brush):
Grasp the brush lightly with the index finger and the thumb.
